When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from one of our partner manufacturers depending on your location or product selection. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed outside business hours, holidays, and sale seasons. Customized human hair products will take longer to process and ship.

Orders for ready-to-ship products will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped immediately after processing with an estimated delivery time of 5-14 days shipping from United States facility, and 7-21 days shipping from China facility. Please note this is contingent based on business days and holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process orders for "ready to ship" products. Depending on the selected item, it can take 5-14 business days for delivery of "ready to ship " products in the United States and 7-21 days shipping from China facility. Please note this is contingent based on business days and holidays. Depending on your location, you may receive your order sooner. Keep in mind all orders have tracking available. 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Payment of duties and taxes will be the customer's responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. At checkout, estimated taxes should be calculated to possibly eliminate any surprise fees for our customers.
